Система оптимизирована для максимально простой и быстрой установки и высокой скорости и эффективности работы, в дистрибутив включены наиболее востребованные продвинутым пользователем компоненты и программные продукты. В состав дистрибутива включены только бесплатные свободно распространяемые компоненты, обработка дистрибутива произведена по усовершенствованным методикам, снижающим риск возникновения ошибок и других ситуаций, и гарантирующим высокую стабильность работы.
Интерфейс установки и рабочего стола — в стиле Windows 7, уровень модификации дистрибутива — значительный, оптимизация компонентов и настроек системы, nLite не применялся.
Сборка выполнена на базе оригинального образа Windows XP SP3 RU VOL — корпоративной версии, не требующей активации. В сборку включены наборы драйверов видеокарт, звуковых карт, материнских плат (чипсетов), процессоров, сетевых адаптеров, котроллеров SATA (в том числе и текстового режима установки).
Дистрибутив предназначен для чистой установки с загрузкой с CD-ROM. Установка из-под Windows не предусмотрена.

Удалены мультимедийные компоненты обучения пользованию Windows, некоторые ненужные сетевые компоненты,а также устаревшие драйвера видеокарт и сетевых адаптеров, поддержка экзотических языков, кириллица и английский оставлены, а также удален Outlook Express с сохранением возможности работы с файлами mht. Добавлен набор runtime библиотек, необходимых для многих программ, а также системных полезных утилит.
